How do you verify I own the salon?
We check your request against your salon's public contacts and may call or email you.
Can I remove a bad review?
No. If you think a review breaks our rules (fake, abusive, wrong salon), contact us and we'll check it.
How do I know your numbers are real?
Bots and automated traffic are filtered out, each person counts once per day however many pages they open, and neither your own visits nor our team's count. You can also check our numbers yourself: visitors we send to your website show up in your own website statistics (for example Google Analytics) with SecretHall as the source, and WhatsApp messages sent through SecretHall start with "Hi, I found you on SecretHall".
Do you see my bookings?
No. We see how many people view your salon and masseuses and how many contact you. What happens after the contact stays between you and your client.
How is the forecast made?
From real visits on SecretHall in your city over recent weeks, from people already looking at the coming days, and from public holidays. No guesses: where data is short, we say so.
Which cities are covered?
Every city where SecretHall lists salons. All numbers are always shown for your own city.
I have several branches. Does that work?
Yes. Shifts are listed per address, and Premium compares your branches so you can move shifts to where clients go.
Is my data shared with other salons?
No. Your numbers are visible only to you. Other salons see city averages, which never identify a single salon.
