These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SecretHall website at https://secrethall.cz (the Platform). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
The Platform contains adult-oriented content and is intended solely for users who are at least 18 years old or of the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Platform you affirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Definitions
The terms User, You and Your refer to any person accessing the Platform. The terms SecretHall, We, Us and Our refer to the operator of the Platform. Content refers to the schedules, availability, images, reviews and other information displayed on the Platform.
3. Nature of the Service
SecretHall is an automated aggregation platform and search engine that centralizes publicly available schedules, availability and reviews for massage salons and independent providers in Prague. We do not own the underlying Content and are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, the salons or providers listed.
4. Reviews and User Content
Verified reviews reflect the personal opinions of their authors and not those of SecretHall. You agree to submit only lawful, truthful and non-infringing content, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform. We may moderate, edit or remove any content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
5. Accounts and Alerts
Creating a free account unlocks features such as favorites and Radar alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You may delete your account and your Alerts at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, scrape, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Content without our prior written consent, not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and not to interfere with or disrupt the operation, security or integrity of the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
The SecretHall name, logo, design and software are the property of SecretHall and are protected by applicable law. Content originating from third parties remains the property of its respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and its Content are provided on an as-available and as-is basis, without warranties of any kind. Schedules and availability are sourced from third parties, may change without notice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecretHall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SecretHall harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles and without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
